Finally!

Goodness me! If I ever hear someone say "Dial-up Internet access is intolerable", I'll say, try NO Internet access. I understand that the technology of womb based Net access is in its infancy (Haha! Get it? ;-), but this has simply been unacceptable. It's not like I can just nip down to the cybercafe or something. Do you know how long it has taken me to assemble my PC (Placenta Computer) from the materials I have available? A long time, that's how long! But these stem cells thingies are really handy. Amazing what they can make.

But anyway. I won't bore you with my tales of woe. So here I am now. A womb with a view to the World Wide Wait. Actually, it's not that bad. The 802.11n connection screams. I'm only getting three bars on the reception in here, but it seems okay. Mum, if you feel me shifting around, I'm probably just trying to get better WiFi reception.

So I've got my blog going now. And e-mail. I've flicked Mum and Dad an e-mail to let them know I'm online. I'm still deciding which IM client to go with, so it's just blog and e-mail for now. Other than that, there's not much going on. It's getting a little cramped in here, and we've got a ways to go apparently. I'd imagine I'll be quite happy to escape when the time comes. So I sleep a bit. Surf a bit. Kick a bit. Play Anarchy Online for a while. I guess I shouldn't complain. It's kinda cruisey really. I can hear everything that Mum is doing all the time, and Dad talks to me a few times a day. I kicked him in the face the other week, which was absolutely classic.

I'm not sure how often I'll keep things updated. I might chuck up a few pics on to our Fickr account. The problem is, they're really grainy since they were taken with my webcam, and it's dark in here, and the webcam doesn't have a flash or a light or anything...:-( Anywho. TTFN.
